Overview
A command-line tool that makes photos look better on the SwitchBot 13.3-inch AI Art Frame and other E Ink Spectra 6 panels. Those panels show only six muted inks, so photos sent straight from a phone look dull and muddy.
How it works
It applies the continuous-tone preparation the panel needs: more saturation and contrast, lifted shadows, a warm nudge and sharpening. It deliberately leaves dithering to the SwitchBot app, because dithering twice produces noise. It runs with Python 3.14 via uv on single files or whole folders.
