Overview
Fugleramme turns a Raspberry Pi and e-ink panel (or any screen) into a live bird poster: it shows the birds actually heard in your garden as hand-cut 1800s illustrations. It was inspired by a WWF poster and runs fully locally.
How it works
BirdNET-Go listens on a microphone and identifies species by sound. Fugleramme polls its API, matches each species to a vintage illustration, packs them onto a page and redraws the Inky Impression panel only when the birds change. An admin page configures what is shown, and it can also run in a container on a homelab or NAS.
