Overview

A real-time system that detects, classifies and estimates the size of potholes using a Raspberry Pi 5.

How it works

A YOLOv8 model compiled for the Hailo-8 runs on the Pi 5 with the Hailo AI HAT+ and a Raspberry Pi AI Camera. It plugs into Hailo's official hailo-rpi5-examples pipelines and runs from one Python command with the pothole model file.
