Overview
Fully local voice assistant on a Raspberry Pi 5 that controls smart-home devices (vacuum, TV), plays local music, gives weather and answers questions. The brain is a fine-tuned Gemma 4 run through llama.cpp; only the city name leaves the device for weather.
How it works
Local STT -> fine-tuned Gemma 4 (llama.cpp) with tool orchestration -> local TTS, all on the Pi.
