Overview
Remember is an open-source take on Rewind.ai for Brilliant Labs' Monocle: record what you see and hear as you go, then search it later ('when did I see Bob?').
How it works
An iOS app streams the Monocle's images and audio to the cloud (a Supabase bucket). They are processed into speech-to-text, OCR, multimodal LLM descriptions and text, audio and vision embeddings in a vector database for search. The README is clear that it is not privacy-focused: everything goes to the cloud.
