NVIDIA reference stack turning a Reachy Mini Lite desk robot into an offline assistant on a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB: Gemma 4 E2B VLM via llama.cpp, faster-whisper STT, Kokoro TTS, Silero VAD, face tracking and expressive gestures, ChromaDB RAG and a live web UI.

How it works

On a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB: Silero VAD -> faster-whisper -> Gemma 4 E2B VLM via llama.cpp -> Kokoro TTS, with face tracking, gestures and local RAG.
