On-device Whisper + Qwen + Piper voice stack on an Orin Nano 8GB with a simple LED stoplight UI—fully local, open repo with benchmarks.

How it works

Mic -> Silero VAD -> faster-whisper -> Qwen3-4B (llama.cpp) -> Piper, all on the Jetson, with LEDs showing state.
